Architectural projects:

14 East 48 Street Condominium. 1998–present.

A new mixed-use tower of nineteen stories in midtown Manhattan consisting of offices and meeting space for the Institute of Religious Science and condominium apartments. Construction to commence Fall 2000. Services provided include schematic design, zoning and financial feasibility studies, project management, design development and construction documentation and site observation during construction. Developed in association with A+H Architecture, Inc., New York.

The Bagel Shoppe restaurant. 1998-present.

An interior renovation of existing premises in Manhattan’s Turtle Bay district into a restaurant with take-out and dining areas. Currently under construction. Services provided include schematic design, zoning and financial feasibility studies, project management, design development and construction documentation and site observation during construction. Developed in association with A+H Architecture, Inc., New York.

Studies:

Housing for Williamsburg Clinic. 1997-98.

Additional housing for a drug treatment clinic in Brooklyn. On approval by regulating agencies, a construction project is anticipated.

New facility for Nuyorican Cabaret. 1997.

Feasibility study for renovation of existing theater into an addition for the famous performance club on Manhattan’s lower east side.

Schematic design for artist’s studio. 1999.

Planned for construction in Dutchess County.
